The purposes of the Society are:


a) to develop, fund, facilitate, administer, operate and carry on activities, programs, projects and facilities to provide exercise therapy to children with special needs, including autism, ADHD and other neurobehavioural issues;


b) to develop, fund, facilitate, administer, operate and carry on activities, projects, programs and facilities to educate families and caregivers of children with special needs such as autism, ADHD and other neurobehavioural issues, about the positive effects of exercise;


c) to work with school districts to develop, fund, promote and carry on activities, programs and facilities to promote and encourage proactive exercise and fitness for school children with behavioural issues;


d) to solicit and receive gifts, bequests, trusts, funds and properly and beneficially, or as a trustee or agent, to hold, invest, develop, manage, accumulate, administer and disburse funds and property for academic, educatlonal, research, social welfare, relief of poverty, benevolent, healthcare, medical, scientific, cultural, religious, athletic, recreational and sport purposes as well as other purposes and activities which are beneficialto the community and enhance the quality of life and spirit of individuals;


e) to solicit and receive gifts, bequests, trusts, funds and property and beneficially, or as a trustee or agent, to hold, invest, develop, manage, accumulate, administer and disburse funds and property to organizations, foundations, corporations and other entities, institutions and associations which facilitate, promote and enhance quality of life and spiritual activities as well as enabling and empowering persons and groups to build and strengthen civil society; or that provide other programs and activities including academic, educational, research, social welfare, benevolent, relief of poverty, healthcare, medical, scientific, cultural, religious, athletic, recreationalor sport programs which are of public benefit;


f) to perform other functions as are incidental, ancillary or conducive to the attainment of the purposes and the exercise of the powers of the Society.
